Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• Option 1:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science/B.Tech/BE with at least two school subjects, and
  • B.Ed./3-year integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed./2-year B.Ed. (Special Education) from an NCTE-recognized institution.
• Option 2:
  • 4-year integrated B.Sc. B.Ed. from an NCTE-recognized institution with two school subjects.

School Subjects: Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Biology, Biotechnology

• Must have passed the Odisha Secondary School Teacher Eligibility Test (OSSTET).

Minimum Marks Requirement:

• SEBC/SC/ST/PWD/Sportsperson/ESM: 45%
• General: 50%
