Eligibility Criteria

For Engineering Graduates:

• Required Qualification:
  • Candidates must have passed or be in the final year of an Engineering degree.
  • Proof of passing the degree exam, including marksheets, must be submitted by 01 Oct 2025.
  • Engineering degree certificates must be submitted within 12 weeks of the training commencement date at the Officers Training Academy (OTA), Chennai.
• Ineligible Candidates:
  • Final year students whose exams are scheduled after 01 Oct 2025 cannot apply.

For Widows of Defence Personnel:

• SSCW (Tech): B.E./B.Tech in any Engineering stream.
• SSCW (Non-Tech) [Non-UPSC]: Graduation in any discipline.
