The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee has announced the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2025. Candidates who applied online between 28 August 2024 and 07 October 2024 can download their admit cards starting from 07 January 2025. GATE 2025 Admit Card and Exam Details

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have passed/appearing in the following courses:
- B.E./B.Tech/B.Pharm/B.Arch/B.Sc. (Research)/B.S.
- M.Sc./M.A./MCA/M.E./M.Tech/Dual Degree/Integrated Courses

Photo Guidelines
- High-quality passport-size color photo with a white background.
- The face must occupy at least 75% of the photograph.
Thumb Impression
- Use an A4-sized paper. Draw a 3 cm x 5 cm rectangular box and mark your left thumb impression within the box.
Signature
- Use an A4-sized paper. Draw a 2 cm x 7 cm rectangular box and sign inside it using blue/black ink in running hand.
How to Apply
- Visit the official GATE 2025 portal between 28 August 2024 and 03 October 2024.
- Read the notification carefully before filling out the form.
- Prepare and scan all required documents (photo, signature, thumb impression, ID proof).
- Fill out the application form, upload documents, and review all information before submission.
- Submit the application fee online to complete the process.
- Take a printout of the submitted application for future reference.
