Educational Qualification
Assistant Engineer/ Manager (Distribution/ Transmission/ Technical) – Electrical Trainee
- Full-time B.E./B.Tech/AMIE in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering from AICTE/UGC-approved institutions.
Assistant Engineer/ Manager (Civil) – Trainee
- Full-time B.E./B.Tech/AMIE in Civil Engineering from AICTE/UGC-approved institutions.
Assistant Engineer/ Manager (IT) – Trainee
- Full-time B.E./B.Tech/AMIE in IT/Computer Science Engineering from AICTE/UGC-approved institutions.
Accounts Officer – Trainee
- Certified CA (Chartered Accountant) or CMA/ICWA from ICAI OR
- Full-time MBA (Finance)/PGDM (Finance) from AICTE/UGC-approved institutions.
- Note: Only CA candidates are eligible for MPPTCL Jabalpur.
Manager (HR)/ Management Executive – Trainee
- Full-time MBA (HR)/PGDM (HR) from AICTE/UGC-approved institutions.
Law Officer/ Manager (Law) – Trainee
- Full-time Law Graduate from UGC-approved institutions.
Welfare Officer – Trainee
- Full-time degree in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management/MBA (HR)/MBA (Personnel). Candidates with LLB qualifications get an additional 5 marks during selection.
Medical Officer
- MBBS Degree recognized by the Medical Council of India.
- Must have permanent registration with the Medical Council of Madhya Pradesh.
- Foreign MBBS graduates must clear FMGE (Screening Test for Indian Nationals) conducted by the National Board of Examination.
Shift Chemist – Trainee
- Full-time M.Sc. (Chemistry) from AICTE/UGC-approved institutions.
Minimum Marks Requirement
- UR/OBC: 65%
- Employees of MPSEB Successor Companies: 60%
- SC/ST/PWD/EWS (MP Domicile): 55%
